Founder & Executive Director
Dr. A. Katrise Perera is a phenom in her own right. A proud mother of twin girls and powerful, long-time partner in marriage and life with husband Raj, her destiny is to be an advocate for equity and transformation that will pave the way for future generations.

Niquelle L Cotton
Operations Director
Niquelle brings decades of expertise navigating leadership across mission-forward, purpose-driven, initiatives. Known as a cross-vertical executive juggernaut, she is fueled by projects that require exceptional delivery, and that are married to anticipated returns of investment. Whether it be time, talent, or treasure, building pipelines with diverse intentionality is not a goal, but a commitment.

Greetings Cherished SisterSupe Members and Partners!
On behalf of Niquelle and myself, I would like to thank all of you for making our inaugural conclave an overwhelming success. We laughed, cried, loved, learned, imbibed (oh that food!), and grew -- together!
To our SisterSupe members, this was and will always be for YOU! You are the beacon of light and hope that our students, educators, families, and communities need if we are to align our efforts toward progress. You wear the hat for a reason.
To our Partners who demanded title elevation from sponsorship, we hear, see, and need you to continue your unwavering commitment to stand in the gap with us as we ensure our K12 leaders have the resources they need to lighten their backpacks and set bolder intentions toward purpose.
Also, as we discussed during the close of our formal event, we are indeed in negotiations for the same venue and date window for next year. You will receive a "save the date" email from Niquelle as soon as we're inked. And yes, we will have a more stringent [timing] protocol on registration to help us transform our second year with the same passion and purpose as this one, but with the potential of doubling our audience with proper timing for planning and execution. We heard that you liked the intimate setting, and we also know that we are in the middle of a storm that demands consistent messaging with cathartic support to select (and many) ears that can hear.
